Operating procedures of Slitter

First, turn on the machine.

1. Turn on the electrical isolation switch (set in front of the electrical control cabinet), press the emergency stop reset and ready to run buttons, and turn on the machine key to run (on the main console) to check whether the voltage (380V) and current are correct and stable.

2. Turn on the power switch of the hydraulic system (set on the main hydraulic drive frame), and check whether the oil level and pressure gauge display of the main hydraulic drive system are correct and stable.

3. Open the pneumatic shut-off valve (set on the intake pipe under the pneumatic control cabinet) and check whether the air pressure is correct (no less than 6.0bar) and stable.

2、 Set control

1. Set the cutting menu according to the film type, thickness, length and width arranged in the cutting plan.

2. Lift the corresponding BOPP film file from PDF.

3. Set the winding length and width of the corresponding specification film.

4. Select the corresponding winding station, adjust the roller arm and roller, and install the paper core of corresponding specifications.

3、 Material loading, membrane penetration and membrane connection

1. Feeding: according to the requirements of the slitting plan sheet, according to the operation regulations of the crane, according to the actual situation, hoist the corresponding master coil on the aging frame, the price of rewinding Slitter shall be placed on the unwinding frame of the slitter according to the internal and external selection direction of the corona surface, clamp the steel core with the control button, leave the steel core support arm and the crane.

2. Membrane piercing: when there is no membrane on the slitter, membrane piercing must be carried out. By using the membrane piercing device and function key of the slitting machine, one end of the original membrane is tied on the membrane piercing chain eye, and the membrane piercing button is started, so that the membrane is evenly distributed on each roll along the direction of the slitting process.

3. Membrane connection: when there is membrane on the slitter and the roll joint is changed, use the vacuum membrane connection platform, first start the membrane connection platform to the working position, manually flatten the membrane on the first traction roller of the slitter and start the upper vacuum pump to absorb the membrane, make the membrane flat and absorb on the membrane connection platform, stick on the double-sided tape and cut off the excess membrane under the tape, flatten the membrane on the roll stand and start the lower vacuum pump to flatten the membrane The whole absorption, take off the paper layer on the tape and level the adhesive film, the joints shall be neat and wrinkle free, then turn off the upper and lower vacuum pumps, and turn the membrane platform to the non working position.
