Because there are many kinds of materials to be cut, we should adopt different pressure of paper press according to different materials, and the angle of cutting edge should also be changed to ensure the high quality of cutting products.
The choice of cutting edge angle is very important in cutting work. In other words, a good paper cutter is equipped with a good paper cutting blade and edge grinding technology. However, in the after-sales service of the paper cutter, we found that many paper cutter users often ignored this point. As a result, due to the improper way, method and angle of the paper cutter blade grinding, the impact force in the cutting process increased, resulting in the loosening of the safety screw, even the fracture, and finally the mechanical damage.
The range of materials that need to be cut by paper cutter is more and more wide, such as beer aluminum foil cap label, carbon free copy paper, honeycomb cardboard, magnetic card, photographic film, etc. these materials will encounter different practical problems in the cutting process. For example, carbon free carbon copy paper is easy to be indented during cutting, while magnetic card and photographic film may not be fixed during cutting, resulting in scrap cutting, etc. These problems can be solved by adjusting the pressure of the press, improving the blade and cutting transmission system. However, these aspects of technology, as far as I know, at present only some domestic paper cutting mechanism manufacturers can solve all.
