1、 The maintenance of the slitter shall not be disorderly. It shall guarantee the quality, and shall be carried out item by item according to the specified items and requirements, and shall not be missed or not guaranteed.

2、 In order to ensure that the cutter of the slitter is always in a good technical state, it can be put into operation at any time, reduce the failure downtime of the slitter, improve the intact rate and utilization rate of the slitter, reduce the wear of the slitter, extend the service life of the slitter, reduce the operation and maintenance costs of the slitter to ensure safe production.

3、 Each team must do a good job in the maintenance of all kinds of slitters according to the maintenance procedures and maintenance categories, but generally not more than half of the specified maintenance interval.

4、 The maintenance of the slitter must be carried out in accordance with the principle of "paying equal attention to maintenance and prevention first". Regular maintenance and compulsory maintenance shall be carried out. The relationship between use, maintenance and repair shall be handled correctly. It is not allowed to use only maintenance but repair only maintenance.
