Three common problems of paper Slitter

2019-11-22

Why 1: why does the paper core of the base paper shake when rotating without deformation?

The answer is as follows: Generally speaking, when the base paper core of the slitter is not deformed, it will not sway too much when it is rotating, but if the chuck is forced to clamp on the base paper, it will cause imbalance on both sides, which will have a great impact on the operation control, so when the upper paper chuck is added, pay attention to the balance of the two sides of the paper core.

Second why: why do trays at both ends sometimes have burrs?

The answer is as follows: the width of the base paper will generally be 3-5mm larger than the size marked on it. Under special conditions, it will jump out of this range. If the size of the base paper is 1185mm, we can adjust the knife to 1190. In the case that the part of the base paper may be larger than 1190, the paper tray at the side will appear burr. In this case, you can first stop the machine and loosen the cutter for a while, and then run it for a while, and tighten the cutter.

Three common problems of paper Slitter

Third why: why is the tray protruding on the right side of the slitter for some time?

The answer is as follows:

1. At the beginning of operation, the edge of the strip is not tightened, which can be avoided by properly padding the strip when the machine starts cutting

2、 The inner diameter of the paper core added with the paper core is too large to lock the paper core after the expansion of the air shaft, so that the paper core slips during rotation and causes deviation. The solution is to check the inner diameter of the paper core when the paper core is sheathed in the air inlet shaft.
