If the automatic Slitter of slitter rewinder is out of service for more than 3 months, it shall be covered with moisture-proof paper on the rust proof oil; after the work is completed, the equipment shall be cleaned carefully, the exposed friction surface shall be wiped clean, and lubricating oil shall be added. The following five points should be done well in the daily maintenance of the slitter.

First, the electrical parts should be cleaned and inspected regularly to eliminate hidden dangers in time.

Second, the use of slitter depends on slitter and Crosscutter, so high quality slitter and Crosscutter should be used.

Thirdly, the daily maintenance of the slitter should be in place, and the criterion is that it should be smooth, clean and cleared (free of dust and sundries) to ensure that the sliding part of the equipment is in good condition.

Fourth, maintenance work. Regular and irregular inspection of rotating parts (especially real-time monitoring of vulnerable parts) shall be stopped. Carry out regular adjustment, change the rewinder and commutator regularly, and make detailed records, so as to extend the service life of the equipment.

Fifthly, improve the technical quality and degree of the personnel who operate the slitting machine. For the operation of the control part, special personnel shall be appointed. No one is allowed to operate without permission.
