Cutter shaft: diameter φ 120mm (H7), cutter shaft effective length: 650mm, key width: 16mm; material: 40Cr forging, tempering HB240 ∽ 260, rough machining, Slitter medium frequency processing, grinding, hard chromium plating, regrinding; cutter shaft runout is not more than 0.02mm, shaft shoulder runout is not more than 0.01mm. (specification of cutter shaft is based on matching dimension of machine model) cutter shaft rotation is driven by universal coupling (2 pieces), synchronous gearbox, and power is driven by ac15kw frequency conversion speed regulation (motor power is matched).

Synchronous gearbox: steel plate is welded, and bearing holes are precisely processed by boring machine after qualitative treatment. Gears are forged by 40Cr, tempered by hb247-278, and quenched by hrc38-45.

Cutter shaft locking: the nut locks the cutter, one left and one right nut respectively;

Blade diameter: ф 240mm (actual dimension matching of cutter shaft).
