Before use, the main parts of the full-automatic Slitter shall be inspected and filled with lubricating oil; when inspecting and disassembling the full-automatic Slitter, it is strictly prohibited to use improper tools and adopt unscientific operation methods; the machine shall be thoroughly cleaned and inspected every two weeks; if the full-automatic slitter is stopped for a long time, all bright surfaces must be wiped clean and coated with antirust oil, Cover the whole machine with plastic cover. If the automatic Slitter has been out of service for more than 3 months, it shall be covered with moisture-proof paper; after the work is completed, the equipment shall be cleaned carefully, the exposed friction surface shall be wiped clean, and lubricating oil shall be added.

Daily maintenance:

The following five points should be done well in the daily maintenance of the slitter.

1、 Regular cleaning and inspection shall be carried out for parts of electrical appliances to eliminate hidden dangers in time.

2、 The use of slitter depends on slitter and Crosscutter, so high quality slitter and Crosscutter should be used.

3、 The daily maintenance of the slitter shall be in place, and the criterion is that it shall be smooth, clean and cleared (free of dust and sundries) to ensure that the sliding part of the equipment is in good condition.

4、 It is maintenance work, and regular and irregular inspection shall be stopped for rotating parts (especially real-time monitoring shall be stopped for vulnerable parts). Implement regular adjustment, regular change and commutator, and make detailed records to achieve the purpose of prolonging the service life of the equipment.

5、 To improve the technical quality and degree of the personnel operating the slitter, special personnel shall be assigned to control the local operation, and no one is allowed to operate without permission.
