Operating procedures of slitter manufacturer

First, turn on the machine.

1. Turn on the electrical isolation switch (set in front of the electrical control cabinet), press the emergency stop reset and ready to run buttons, and turn on the machine key to run (on the main console) to check whether the voltage (380V) and current are correct and stable.

2. Turn on the power switch of the hydraulic system (set on the main hydraulic drive frame), and check whether the oil level and pressure gauge display of the main hydraulic drive system are correct and stable.

3. Open the pneumatic shut-off valve (set on the intake pipe under the pneumatic control cabinet) and check whether the air pressure is correct (no less than 6.0bar) and stable.

2、 Set control

1. Set the cutting menu according to the film type, thickness, length and width arranged in the cutting plan.

2. Lift the corresponding BOPP film file from PDF.

3. Set the winding length and width of the corresponding specification film.

4. Select the corresponding winding station, adjust the roller arm and roller, and install the paper core of corresponding specifications.

3、 Material loading, membrane penetration and membrane connection

1. Feeding: according to the requirements of the slitting plan sheet, according to the driving operation regulations, and according to the actual situation, hoist the corresponding master coil on the aging frame, place it on the slitter unwinding frame according to the internal and external selection direction of the corona surface, clamp the steel core with the control button, and leave the steel core support arm and the traveling car.

2. Membrane piercing: when there is no membrane on the slitter, membrane piercing must be carried out. By using the membrane piercing device and function key of the slitting machine, one end of the original membrane is tied on the membrane piercing chain eye, and the membrane piercing button is started, so that the membrane is evenly distributed on each roll along the direction of the slitting process.

3. Membrane connection: when there is membrane on the slitter and the roll joint is changed, use the vacuum membrane connection platform, first start the membrane connection platform to the working position, manually flatten the membrane on the traction roller of the slitter and start the upper vacuum pump to absorb the membrane, make the membrane flat and absorb on the membrane connection platform, stick on the double-sided tape and cut off the excess membrane under the tape, flatten the membrane on the roll stand and start the lower vacuum pump to make the membrane flat Adsorption, take off the paper layer on the tape and level the adhesive film. The joints shall be neat and wrinkle free. Then turn off the upper and lower vacuum pumps and turn the membrane platform to the non working position.

4、 Start up operation

1. Change the specification, put paper core on the inner and outer winding arms, and inform all personnel to leave the machine and prepare for operation when the press roll is in the operation ready state.

2. Set anti-static bars on the main console to auto, ready to run and start machine run.

5、 Slitting control

During the slitting operation, carefully monitor and observe the operation slitting effect, and properly adjust and control the slitting speed, unwinding tension, contact pressure and arc roll, edge traction roll and guide edge.

Six. Receiving materials

1. When the machine stops running after the winding at the inner and outer ends, use the film unloading button to place the film on the prepared film unloading trolley, cut the film and paste the film with sealing glue.

2. Use the collet release button to release the collet and check whether the core of each membrane roll leaves the core. If one end is still stuck on the core, manually remove the membrane roll.

3. Make sure that all the films leave the collet and are placed on the trolley, use the film loading button to raise the winding arm, install the corresponding paper core, and attach the film neatly on the paper core for the next cutting.

Seven, stop

1. When the membrane roll runs to the set length, the equipment will stop automatically.

2. During the operation of the equipment, the machine stop can be used as required.

3. When it is necessary to stop quickly, press the machine stop key to be greater than 2S.

4. In case of emergency such as equipment or human accident, press emergency stop.

8、 Precautions

1. Ensure the correctness and stability of voltage, current and hydraulic equivalent before starting.

2. Before the equipment is ready for operation, all personnel must be informed to leave the equipment to ensure personal safety before starting the operation.

3. When the slitter is running, do not touch the film roll or roll core in operation by hand, so as to avoid personal injury.

4. In the process of operation, do not scratch or cut the roll core with a knife or hard object.
